Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless found to be faulty.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at info@roberts-and-co.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Return instructions will then be provided.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are reviewed and processed within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For change-of-mind returns, any refund of original delivery charges will be made in accordance with your statutory rights. Additional charges for an enhanced or premium delivery service are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or Roberts London is otherwise required to bear those costs by law.
